Principle InvestigatorRichard N. Landers, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Gianluca De Leo, Ph.D. will be heading up the programming team.
Amy Adcock, Ph.D. will be examining the benefits of the program from a pedagogical/instructional design perspective.
Debbie Major, Ph.D. will be investigating the benefits of the program to undergraduate women in STEM fields.
Rosa Mikeal Martey, Ph.D. will be responsible for the gaming aspects of the project.

Jim Bliss, Ph.D., will conduct usability studies on the software platform.
Matt Borneman will lend his measurement and quantitative methods expertise to the project.
