Richard N. Landers

Richard N. Landers, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology[1] at Old Dominion University[2]. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities[3].Industrial/Organizational psychologists study psychology as it can be applied to the workplace, as a means to affect and/or predict employee behavior[4].
Richard's focus is the application of technology to the selection and training of new employees. He currently runs the Technology iN Training Laboratory (TNTLab), where he studies various technologies for selection and training, including the use of Moodle, Second Life[5] and Facebook[6].
